Qualifications

  • 1-2 years contract drafting experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, execute, review, and analyze contracts for various clients in benefits administration.
  • Assist with negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement.
  • Coordinate with government departments for audits and document collection.
  • Perform contract certification for consultants and health litigation lawyers.
  • Support subrogation efforts and certify subrogation language for consultants.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to align with company goals and timelines.
  • Monitor contract team performance and ensure regulatory and confidentiality standards.
