• Establish budgets and control costs; identify variances.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Enforce quality standards with subs and vendors; conduct quality inspections.
• Follow safety programs and OSHA standards; maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare time cards and daily logs for supervised personnel.
