Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is partnering with a long-term client in the Charleston area to recruit a Healthcare Construction Superintendent.

The role focuses on field operations and project coordination within hospital construction, with strong emphasis on documentation and communication with the project team. The ideal candidate has healthcare construction experience and can manage field operations while handling project documentation for complex hospital work.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in commercial construction.
• Healthcare or hospital construction experience required.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating trades.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day healthcare project construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and MEP trades.
• Keep project on schedule and coordinate with project team.
• Review plans and identify issues before impact on project.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.
• Coordinate drywall, metal framing, and interior construction.
• Support coordination of MRI room assemblies and systems.
• Communicate with clients, owners, subs, and stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore and other software to manage progress.
• Assist with project setup and mobilization.
• Maintain safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
