Job summary

Nabholz Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager to provide proactive leadership on healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to warranty. You will collaborate with the Preconstruction Department, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to deliver quality outcomes.

The role requires 5–8 years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and strong communication skills. Overnight travel and driving a company vehicle are expected as part of corporate responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Proven ability to manage healthcare projects of $5M–$20M with minimal supervision.
• 5–8 years minimum construction experience.
• Career experience must include at least 5 years in commercial construction; residential experience excluded.
• Understand commercial construction means, methods, and materials including standard practices and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Willingness to speak before groups in interviews and presentations.
• OSHA 30-hour training.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development through Preconstruction with support from Preconstruction Department.
• Develop project management plan including safety, quality, and site logistics.
• Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with project team and safety staff to achieve zero incidents.
• Manage all financial aspects from setup to billing, forecasting, and closeout.
• Oversee document management, submittals, logs, and drawings.
• Manage project timeline and drive schedules.
• Implement Quality Management System with project team.
• Ensure effective communication in meetings and documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and designers.
• Provide team leadership internally and externally.
