Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience managing construction teams and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management
• Oversee project startup, execution, and close-out processes
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategies
• Manage contractual issues and change orders
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with project stakeholders
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals and ensure site compliance
