Job summary

Dozee is seeking a Compliance Manager to build and run a comprehensive healthcare compliance program covering Medicare RPM billing, HIPAA privacy and security, FDA device compliance, and AKS adherence. This role reports to the VP Administration and is the primary day-to-day compliance operator.

You will lead billing review cycles, supervise HIPAA programs, SOP management, and annual staff training while coordinating with vendors and SNF partners to stay within regulatory boundaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare compliance (Medicare billing, HIPAA, RPM).
• CHC certification required or obtainable within 12 months; privacy CHPC a plus.
• Familiarity with CPT coding (99453–99470) and AKS/Stark rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMS RPM billing compliance reviews and ensure lawful pre-bill processes.
• Oversee HIPAA privacy/security program and breach response workflows.
• Maintain SOP library and manage version control with executive sign-off.
• Conduct monthly internal audits of claims and drive corrective actions.
