Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews of facility healthcare services and record keeping.
• Perform periodic accreditation audits of healthcare services.
• Gather information to support validation of compliance with healthcare standards.
• Develop audit reports and present findings to staff.
• Maintain database of compliance audits and update resources and policies.
• Assist in revising policies to align with guidelines and client requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
