Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Compliance Auditor to analyze and audit LMC systems and clinical records, ensuring that charges billed align with documentation and regulatory standards.

You will work with the Compliance Audit Manager and physicians to review results and drive corrective actions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years related experience, and professional coding credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related Field required (3 years directly related experience may substitute).
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate complex issues in writing and talk with physicians, APPs and executives.
• CPMA or CPC/CCS certification preferred; CPMA must be obtained within 1 year of entry date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of hospital and Physician Network records to verify compliant documentation and billing.
• Draft formal written reports summarizing medical record findings for review.
• Provide education on coding and billing changes to LMC staff.
• Investigate inquiries with Revenue Integrity/Compliance Audit Manager related to erroneous billing and coding.
