Job summary

The Blossoms seeks a Marketing & Community Relations professional to coordinate admissions, patient eligibility, and community engagement across Little Rock facilities. Based near Cumberland with travel to other Little Rock sites, you will support policies, publications, and patient rights while collaborating with nursing and administrative teams.

You will organize tours, maintain bed and patient records, and ensure accurate information is communicated to patients, families, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to written policies and procedures that govern day-to-day Admissions and Community awareness functions.
• Organize, implement, evaluate, and direct facility public relations and community awareness programs and activities.
• Ensure disseminated information regarding the facility is accurate and support publications as necessary.
• Schedule/conduct facility tours for prospective patients and their families/representatives.
• Maintain an accurate record of available beds and patient listings, etc.
• Maintain patient privacy and proper handling of patient information.
• Coordinate with Nursing to schedule admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Interpret department policies to personnel, patients, visitors, and government agencies as required.
• Assist in scheduling and interviewing patients to obtain required admission information.
• Maintain cooperation with discharge planners and social workers for referrals.
• Develop and participate in care plans, assessments, and patient rights activities.
