Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Manager, Client Success to serve as the liaison between Ventra Health and clients, maximizing collections and ensuring satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with patients, doctors, business teams, and administrators to resolve escalated issues and maintain service excellence.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, strategy, and data-driven decision making within a healthcare revenue cycle management context.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts face-to-face meetings with clients to review performance and ensure satisfaction.
• Serves as the clients’ primary point of contact and coordinates with internal teams for resolution.
• Prepares and reviews reports and ad-hocs for internal and external purposes.
• Analyzes Client Success Metrics and presents client-specific reports; uses escalation matrix for resolution.
• Oversees mentorship and growth of Client Success colleagues where applicable.
