You will guide knowledge sharing on products, benefits, and procedures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, training new hires, improving turnaround times, and producing robust performance reports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a field related to claims management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a healthcare claims supervisory role with HIPAA/HITECH exposure.
• Experience with benefit administration platforms such as Javelina.
• Knowledge of Federal and State healthcare codes.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Claims Team to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Monitor queues and adjust workloads to optimize turnaround times.
• Hire and manage staffing to ensure continuous processing.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and client requirements.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and reports.
