Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Claims Team Lead in the United States to oversee daily claims operations, mentor a team of processors and adjusters, and ensure performance against SLAs. You will drive compliance with client and regulatory requirements while fostering staff development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The role drives compliance with client, regulatory, and organizational requirements while fostering employee development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to claims associates.

• Previous lead, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $67,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
