Job summary

Fourways Consulting LLC is seeking a Healthcare Claims QA Analyst/Tester to drive testing across Hartford, CT and remote environments. You will architect and automate test strategies for complex claims processing, EDI formats, and mainframe data validation within an Agile team.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years of QA experience, strong mainframe and EDI knowledge, and US work authorization. This role offers competitive compensation with growth in a premier IT staffing environment.

Qualifications

7–9 years of progressive QA experience in software quality assurance and automation.
Hands-on experience with healthcare claims processing and adjudication workflows.
Proficiency in legacy mainframe testing and data validation.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration.
US citizenship or Green Card work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test scripts for healthcare claims processing systems.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end QA testing across mainframe environments.
Validate EDI transactions including HIPAA ANSI X12 formats and data integrity.
Log, track, and retest defects using Jira and Azure DevOps; maintain QA runtimes and audit reports.
Collaborate with software engineers, BAs, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
