Xsolis, Inc is seeking an Appeals Analyst to work with clients and representatives to investigate denied claims, document investigations, and pursue reimbursement. The role requires understanding of clinical policies, contracts, and regulations to guide denial research and to draft compelling reimbursement arguments.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in appeal processing, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Requires 2–4 years of experience in appeal and claim processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and claim processing software.

Responsabilités

• Investigate denied claims and document investigation findings.
• Draft explanations and arguments to support reimbursement.
• Review clinical policies, contracts, and regulations to guide research.
• Build relationships with clients, payers, and providers to facilitate reimbursement.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation in the claims recovery system.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, guidelines, and company policies.
