Providence seeks a visionary CFO for Operations in the North Division. The role leads long-range planning, budgeting, and capital strategy, partnering with system leaders to ensure financial strength across ministries.

You will drive analytics, reporting, and performance improvement while mentoring a high-performing finance team. The executive will collaborate with regional leadership to deliver strategic financial guidance, aligning clinical, operational, and organizational objectives with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of finance-related experience and leadership.
Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, costing, benchmarking, pro forma development, and financial reporting.
Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for executives.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of financial plans supporting divisional priorities.
Oversee long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, capital planning.
Transform data into actionable insights to support decisions.
Coordinate finance functions across ministries and operations.
