Oakmont Education is seeking a Healthcare Instructor to oversee the certification process for students pursuing short‑term, stackable credentials in the Healthcare Pathway. You will lead instruction and certification efforts with NHA and OD H STNA programs, managing documentation and ensuring timely completion of each certification step.

You will model employability and soft skills, monitor student progress, and coordinate with support staff to provide a positive learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Ohio TTT licensure or eligible to take the course.
• NHA Instructor certification or willing to go through the process.
• CMA licensure currently valid; RN/LPN preferred.
• Commitment to mission and growth of the program.
• Ability to support non-traditional learners with accommodations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Teach and certify students in NHA credentials (Phlebotomy Tech, EKG Tech, Certified Patient Care Tech, Clinical Medical Assistant).
• Provide STNA instruction using Ohio Department of Health curricula.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; report maintenance/safety issues.
• Prepare progress reports, report cards, and credential packets for graduation.
• Collaborate with Intervention Specialists to accommodate learning needs.
