Qualifications

• Current Ohio TTT licensure or eligible to enroll in TTT course (2+ years LTC exp).
• NHA Instructor certification or willingness to apply (school covers costs).
• Commitment to the mission of educating urban students and growth.

Responsibilities

• Teach basic medical terminology and credential-specific skills.
• Provide instruction to earn NHA credentials (Phlebotomy, EKG, CVA tech) and STNA per ODH curricula.
• Maintain equipment, supervise supplies, and report safety issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain student records.
• Coordinate with Intervention Specialists to accommodate learning needs.
• Support recruitment and retention; ensure timely credential completion.
