Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time MKT BARISTA at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX. The role focuses on serving coffee/espresso drinks, handling related food items, and maintaining HACCP standards in a healthcare kitchen.

Open availability, on-site training, and rotating weekends/holidays are offered. Experience in healthcare kitchens and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare kitchen preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Food safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
