Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Business Development Associate to grow the Physical Therapy network through targeted outreach to post-acute care, primary care, and non-Tenet facilities. The role involves educating physicians, administrators, and schedulers on our hospital services, with a focus on increasing provider selection of Tenet services across defined markets.

Responsibilities include in-person visits, market analysis, and collaborative use of CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Exhibited success in a marketing/sales role.
• Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel in market and pass Motor Vehicle Records check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with stakeholder groups across markets.
• Evaluate physician referral patterns and trends for market facilities.
• Research provider portfolios to understand decision-making.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to explain service line attributes and outcomes.
• Prepare and present sales reports identifying trends and opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health system and provider landscape.
