Job summary

Avir Health Group in Borger, Texas is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial duties and medical records in our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 1 year in a SNF business office, and prior supervisory experience. PCC billing experience is a plus. We offer daily pay, 401(k) with match, family health insurance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office with billing/collecting and patient trust accounting.
• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
• PCC billing system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform business office functions including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial duties and medical records.
• Manage billing, accounts receivable and patient trust accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide supervisory support to office staff and help build a positive culture.
