Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate boiler systems for safe, efficient performance.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on boilers, burners, pumps, valves.
• Inspect equipment rooms and backup generators; report findings to supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure 24/7 facility readiness when on-call.
• Document activities and complete required safety training.
