Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, OR, seeks an experienced Medical Billing Manager to lead the billing team and oversee revenue cycle activities. You will manage daily claims, authorizations, posting, denials, and AR tracking while ensuring policy and compliance align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in medical billing, a working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations.
• Working knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid/private insurance).
• Proficiency with EHR software, medical billing applications, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day billing and revenue cycle activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Supervise billing staff, assign work, monitor productivity, and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Monitor workflows, identify discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up on unpaid/denied claims.
