Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Manager of Financial Operations to streamline invoicing for non-standard lines of business and lead billing processes across multiple client programs. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate billings and drive automation improvements.

The role requires a strong financial background in PBM with proficiency in Excel and SQL, and the ability to reconcile data across ERP and adjudication systems while maintaining strict control of journal

Qualifications

2+ years Health Care experience, inclusive of premium billing, self-funded, EGWP.
2+ years of related experience in finance, data analysis, or accounting.
Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative field.
Strong Excel and SQL Skills.
Ability to challenge and improve existing processes through automation and redesign.
Motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment.
Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work.
Passion for healthcare and for driving lasting change in health and pharmacy benefits.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, solve problems, make recommendations, and draw valid conclusions in a timely and accurate manner.
