The ideal candidate will have healthcare billing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of state and federal billing regulations. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience: Billing experience in a healthcare environment with third party payers preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Working knowledge of State and Federal billing and debt collection regulations.

Responsibilities

• The Payment Review Specialist role is responsible for all aspects of billing, follow-up and collection activity for billable parties as assigned.
• This includes maintaining timely, efficient and accurate accounts receivable insurance follow-up.
