South Shore Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for SHS IT Analytics & Reporting in Weymouth, MA. You will work with Epic Cogito, Workday, Symplr and Qlik to deliver reports, extracts, dashboards and KPIs for staff across the organization.

The role requires 1–7 years of data extraction and SQL experience, a BS in a related field, and ability to develop new data solutions on-site during day shifts. Salary range $87,000–$127,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BS strongly preferred).
• 1-7 years of experience with data extraction methodologies and reporting tools in healthcare IT systems.
• 1-7 years of experience programming SQL, data acquisition and data access; stored procedures, query optimization and indexes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new extracts, reports and visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
• Update or edit existing solutions to meet user needs.
• Consult with staff to understand data sources and data flow for reporting.
