Recruitment Manager at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG)

The Auditor I contributes to the Audits department's healthcare performance measurement projects at HSAG. This role involves healthcare auditing, data validation, and performance measurement activities across various stages, including implementation, operations, audit support, evaluation, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing work plans, overseeing project tasks, coordinating staff, leading client meetings, conducting research, verifying primary sources, validating results, and reporting to management.

Potential project assignments will be discussed during the interview process.

Essential Competencies, Duties, and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to HSAG's Audits department within DSAA.
  • Serve as liaison between management, staff, outside agencies, and organizations, under supervision.
  • Lead project management tasks, including communication.
  • Coordinate with project partners, consultants, and subcontractors on audit and validation projects.
  • Maintain and organize project documents on SharePoint and networks, following governance rules.
  • Prepare and submit project deliverables using appropriate mechanisms.
  • Develop and follow project schedules, identify process improvements, and implement quality activities.
  • Meet deadlines and prepare reports, documents, and correspondence accurately.
  • Support report development in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Conduct internet research on healthcare topics as assigned.
  • Participate in healthcare educational and training presentations.
  • Monitor internal quality control activities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Serve as a resource on HEDIS measures and other performance measures.
  • Represent HSAG professionally at all times.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with healthcare provider data.
  • Experience with managed care provider network monitoring/reporting is preferred.
Other Qualifications
  • Strong English and communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Internet research skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
