Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a dynamic Manager to join our Healthcare Assurance team in Dallas. You will lead audits for a diverse healthcare client base, ensuring high quality service and adherence to GAAP, GAAS, and FASB standards. The role offers growth, training, and exposure to decision makers daily.

You will supervise engagement teams, mentor staff, and develop client relationships while traveling as needed. A CPA or CA and 5+ years in public accounting are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent degree required.
• CPA or CA certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high quality client service for audit engagements.
• Assess risk and design/communicate audit procedures to teams.
• Understand and apply RSM's Audit Methodology.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and evaluate staff performance.
• Coach and develop Senior Associates and Supervisors.
• Identify technical accounting matters and coordinate with firm specialists.
• Supervise staff on engagements and monitor work plans.
