Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field.
• 5+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience.
• Strong GAAP background with healthcare tax accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Compilations, Reviews, Yellowbook Auditing, Write-Up work, and GAAP Auditing.
• Lead engagements including staffing, planning, scheduling with engagement leadership.
• Evaluate client internal controls and prepare work programs and budgets.
• Coach and guide team members, review working papers and provide feedback.
• Review significant findings with assurance leadership and discuss with clients.
• Prepare financial statements, notes, schedules, and tax returns for client discussions.
• Generate engagement evaluations and support professional development.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors on client management and business development.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of services for healthcare clients.
• Keep up-to-date with professional pronouncements and industry changes.
