Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR or RCM.
• Strong understanding of US Medical Billing and RCM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple claims with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on insurance claims through Medicare, Availity, payer portals, IVR, and representatives.
• Track and monitor claims submitted through Office Ally.
• Investigate unpaid/underpaid claims and drive timely resolutions.
• Analyze denials and submit corrected claims and appeals.
• Collaborate with Billing, Coding, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of follow-ups and outcomes.
• Ensure timely reimbursements while meeting productivity/quality targets.
• Identify recurring denial trends and suggest process improvements.
