Nimble is seeking an Account Performance Manager to oversee $1-$2 million in client revenue annually and own the AR plans and performance for assigned accounts.

You will drive results, analyze AR data, identify denial trends, and partner with leadership to implement recovery plans in a healthcare revenue cycle environment. Hybrid or remote work options are available. Experience with ASC billing and HIPAA compliance is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of A/R experience with a background in AR 2 role.
• 3+ years A/R and claims experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytic skills with a proven track record of driving results and KPIs.
• Proficiency with Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and related guidelines; HIPAA/HITECH compliance.

Aufgaben

• Subject-matter expert for client accounts and provide high-level training on client processes and systems.
• Runs and analyzes AR reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly to maximize efficiency and focus on areas of concern.
• Manage AR processes and drive performance targets for assigned accounts; handle high-volume daily AR tasks.
• Monitor client account activity and work with Client Management to identify risks and improve satisfaction.
