Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Interest in population health, healthcare analytics, clinical quality, or health services research.
• Experience analyzing healthcare, clinical, financial, administrative, or population-level data through coursework, research, internships, or professional experience.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, epidemiologic methods, research methodologies, or healthcare performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving issues.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives.
• Participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations for action when requested by management.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs to meet objectives of the unit.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
