Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Developer to deliver analytic solutions within the Physician Data Science department. You will develop static and dynamic reports, self-service portals, data exploration, visualization, and predictive analyses using MemorialCare's BI tools.

You will work to integrate source data into data structures, enrich master data, and provide end-user interfaces to meet clinical and business needs across MemorialCare’s network.

Pay Range*: $98,924.80 - $143,395.20/annually

Position Summary

Under general supervision, Healthcare Analytics Developer delivers analytic solutions in the Physician Data Science department serving MCMF by leveraging the appropriate BI tool for the type of analysis needed. This includes, but is not limited to, static reports, dynamic reports, self-service portals, data exploration, data visualization, and statistical or predictive analysis tools. They can develop complete solutions of high complexity, incorporating source data into existing or new data structures, enriching master data repositories and data dictionaries in the process, and providing appropriate end-user interface(s) to meet the clinical or business

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

Develops reports, dashboards, and analytics packages using the full range of functionality available through MemorialCare's business intelligence suite of tools

Processes and analyzes information from any relevant and available data source in support of MemorialCare goals

Ensures that data that is presented to the customer is connected to the enterprise data dictionary, standardized terminologies, and provides insight into data lineage and transformations subsequent to initial creation

Completes assigned tasks and projects on time, while proactively communicating with project management or staff leadership to prioritize workflows and mitigate risks. Tracks issues and provides solution-oriented escalation.

Demonstrates collaboration within and across application teams.

Develops analytics solutions to end user specifications independently and in collaboration with management and/or team members, as well as other members of the organization.
