The role emphasizes advanced SQL, Snowflake, and data visualization, with collaboration across stakeholders to deliver insights, build automated reports, and support large cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advancement and leadership opportunities.
• 4+ years of experience with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 2+ years of IT experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources including claims, provider, member, and encounters data; identify and assess business impact of trends.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex SQL, Excel, or other analytics scripts and reports.
• Contribute to planning and execution of large-scale projects with limited leadership direction.
• Assist in design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements; identify automation opportunities.
• Perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings to leadership/customers.
• Manage multiple tasks and data review processes within timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate ownership over projects and articulate business value of tasks.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and presentation skills to reveal customer interactions with analytics products.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
