Job summary

PACS is seeking a Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant to support residents and the nursing team at our San Francisco location. You will assist with daily care, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment, working PM shift in a full-time schedule.

Job description

Position Overview

As a Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant, you will support residents and the nursing team by:

• Assisting residents with daily care and support services to promote comfort and well-being.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Supporting nursing staff with routine resident care activities and departmental operations.
• Following all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare standards to ensure quality care.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Location: 2121 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA
