Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a seasoned consultant to lead assessments of patient access and revenue cycle functions in provider organizations. You will conduct site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience focused on operations improvement or systems integration with supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or MIS.
• Experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle processes, with data analysis, visualization, and workflow design.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, clinical documentation, patient flow, referral management, and analytics.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
