Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with a track record of delivering enterprise software.
• Strong product sense and system design skills with clear requirements and test criteria.
• Customer-obsessed and motivated to impact healthcare outcomes.
• Hands-on technical leader able to architect robust, extensible systems and ship production code.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with health plan customers to understand workflows and translate them into working software.
• Be the primary technical point of contact during integrations and rollouts for enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end development of new features, from requirements to testing and delivery.
• Shape the technical roadmap and influence product and architectural strategy.
