Job summary

C the Signs Limited is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead end-to-end development and deployment of large language models in healthcare. Focus areas include data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning on large-scale datasets.

You will design scalable ML pipelines, collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and engineers, and ensure data privacy and security compliance. A minimum of 5+ years of experience and expertise with PyTorch/TensorFlow is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with large-scale data preprocessing, LLM training, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with distributed training (PyTorch Distributed, DeepSpeed, Ray, Hugging Face Accelerate).
• Experience with GPU/TPU optimization and memory management for large language models.
• Healthcare data experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Data Preprocessing: Clean, transform, and prepare large healthcare datasets for ML model development.
• Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs on healthcare data; manage training environments.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Pipeline Development: Develop scalable data and ML pipelines for training, inference, and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, clinicians, and engineers; ensure privacy and security compliance.
• Research & Development: Stay updated on ML/healthcare AI advancements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear docs of models and pipelines.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
