Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to lead provider-embedded AI programs in healthcare, shaping architecture and trust across clinical and administrative processes. You will scope, design, and deploy AI solutions across health systems, with a focus on interoperability and repeatable methodologies.

You will collaborate with clinicians, health plans, and IT teams to drive end-to-end delivery, leverage frontier AI tools, and ensure compliant, scalable outcomes in payer and provider settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, and serverless.
• 3+ years coding in Python or Java, with ability to learn other languages.
• 3+ years production deployment experience: CI/CD, IaC, monitoring & debugging.

Responsibilities

• Embed with provider teams, designing AI-enabled solutions inside health systems.
• Scope programs by defining problems, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Set technical architecture for AI programs and communicate it clearly.
• Design for trust: ensure safety, compliance, PHI safeguards, and transparency.
• Reimagine working methods for clinical and operational teams.
• Shape interoperability and define future healthcare data exchange.
• Turn engagements into repeatable methods and accelerators.
