Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in public accounting.
• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete all aspects of audits, reviews, returns, and/or compilations.
• Assign work and supervise staff based on capabilities; provide feedback and training.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate engagement planning and scheduling.
• Assist with monthly billings and maintain confidentiality in line with firm policies.
• Maintain high-quality work papers and communications with clients during busy and non-busy seasons.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
