CLA is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our CAAS Healthcare industry team based out of our Pittsburgh PA office, with other locations available. The role focuses on client service, day-to-day transactions, and period-end close activities within a professional services firm environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting/financial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, software, and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: manage multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Day to Day Transactions: process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Month End Processing: complete financial statements and reconciliations including bank and credit card.
• Quarterly/Annual Processing: complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other items as requested.
