Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Store Associate in Texas to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment. You will handle cashier duties, restock shelves, and assist customers across departments, including photo, beauty, and pharmacy support as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks and card transactions per policy.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and support inventory tasks as directed.
• Assist opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Support multiple departments including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and operations.
• Assist pharmacy staff when needed, including occasional pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support the patient-focused mission.
