Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate in Michigan. You will provide friendly, responsive service, handle transactions, help customers find products, and support multiple departments including pharmacy when needed.

The role offers flexible hours with a typical 29-hour week and benefits eligibility. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, with a minimum age of 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Part-time position with approx. 29 hours per week.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory per store direction.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist across departments, including pharmacy as needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support the health journey of customers.
