Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in Sumter, SC. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and assisting with pharmacy-related tasks. The position offers 29 hours per week with a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Basic qualifications include being at least 16 years old and, preferably, previous retail or customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve service issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items, and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately following policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist departments including photo and beauty, keeping stocked and updated.
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
