Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cashier duties, and keep shelves stocked. You’ll support pharmacy team activities and promote CVS services, with opportunities for growth within a leading retail health brand.

The role requires 16+ years old, a high school diploma is preferred, and anticipated weekly hours are 29. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour with benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, making eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash and card transactions per policy.
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and assisting inventory management as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities and helping other departments as needed.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel and promoting CVS services and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy personnel when needed for growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
