Job summary

CVS Health in Minneapolis, MN invites you to join our team as a Retail Store Associate. In this part-time role, you’ll deliver friendly, customer-focused service, assist with cashier duties, stock shelves and support pharmacy operations when needed.

You’ll work flexible shifts across days including weekends, with 20 hours weekly. The position offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $22.00 per hour and a benefits package eligibility based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow policies.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist multiple departments, including pharmacy when needed.
