Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Danville, VA, is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team, coordinate resident care and mentor associates. You will partner with physicians and families to ensure high-quality, personalized care and support a compassionate, compliant community.

This role requires a valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN), a driving license, and at least 3 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
