Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, maintaining quality care as needs change.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication techs/CMA's and Caregivers; provide ongoing training.
• Manage associates' schedules and coordinate staffing across shifts.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and med supervision per Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
• Education to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Hold LPN or LVN license.
