Banner Health in Tucson is seeking a unit secretary to support the Med/Surg 4W area with administrative tasks and patient care coordination. You will assist with admissions, charting, and inter-department communication to ensure smooth operations and quality patient service.
In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff, participate in process improvements, and support weekend rotations and day shifts.

This position is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions and customer service for an assigned patient care area which promote an organized, efficient delivery of care to patients. The position facilitates communication between physicians, nurses and physicians, calls in Consults and acts as a liaison with all other internal departments and external contacts.
