About the Position:

This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Directorate of Surgery Orthopedic Service at Fort Carson, CO.

This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Basic Requirement: Health Technician (Orthopedic/Podiatry)

Specialized Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes assisting orthopedic surgeons during examinations, evaluations, and surgical procedures; applying and adjusting casts, splints, braces, bandages, or other immobilization devices; and removing casts, sutures, or staples under physician supervision. . This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
