Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare administration or information technology.
• Experience in a healthcare-related role, preferably within a technology or systems capacity.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations, with a deep understanding of EHRs and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as CHIMSP or similar, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring our solutions are tailored to their specific requirements.
• Implement and manage our healthcare technology solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
• Conduct system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize the overall healthcare system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare technology, and proactively propose new solutions to enhance our offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT departments, and other relevant parties, to drive the successful adoption of our technology.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner.
